Page introduction (keep short).

Before there was writing, there was storytelling. Many cultures have story telling traditions that serve to entertain, inform, and pass on language, cultural traditions and values.

For Harmony Week, join us in a celebration of unique stories, rhymes and lullabies shared by mothers’ and reflecting their dynamic cultures and families here at Fremantle Women’s Health Centre.

In association with multiple partner organisations, the Fremantle Women's Health Centre will host a special Harmony Week Sunflower Multicultural Playgroup. Women of CaLD backgrounds and their young children will share childrens stories, nursery rhymes, and lullabies from their heritage country, in their language. During the session, six of the women from different CaLD backgrounds, will also participate in a digital content project where the stories will be recorded and used to promote cultural diversity in the future, across projects.

This will be followed by a light lunch.
