WiTWA STEM Power Program is about reconnecting women to their worth, their value & the workplace. It is a free full-day educational and inspirational event for women re-entering the workforce, wanting to increase their confidence in the workplace, looking to transition into a management role, considering STEM as a potential career or whose careers have been negatively impacted by covid.
Attendees of this event will learn skills to help them negotiate better working conditions and remuneration, gain tools and techniques to increase financial literacy and build financial independence, build an understanding of how to pivot their current skillsets into new career opportunities and connect with inspiring women and network with other attendees.
