United in Diversity WA Inc warmly invites you to join us for a special fundraising lunch to support the Community Refugee Integration Settlement Pilot (CRISP) program. You may know the CRISP initiative is a collaboration between the Australian federal government and Community Refugee Sponsorship Australia (CRSA) to facilitate the integration and settlement of refugees in our community.
The purpose of this event is to raise essential funds for CRISP, and we are excited to share that our goal is to raise $5000 to support the program's initiatives. United in Diversity is supporting the Soroptimists International South Perth (SISP) Community Support Group (CSG).
By attending the lunch, not only will you contribute to this important cause, but you will also gain valuable insights into the impact and significance of CRISP in our community.
Sue Doherty from SISP CSG will make a presentation about the preparations underway for the arrival of SISP CSG’s ‘family’ which will be the second refugee family to arrive in Perth under the CRISP program. Sue Sheehy, the WA CRISP coordinator will also attend the event.
