The Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC) have updated the very useful ‘Face the Facts’ publication. The booklet addresses some prevailing myths concerning immigration, refugees and Indigenous peoples by presenting the basic facts.

Madina Village Community Services has published the Western Australian Health Care Provider's Handbook on Muslim Patients. The handbook aims to support health care providers by building their knowledge of the needs of Muslim patients and to answer some of the common questions about Muslim patients and the religious practices of Islam which affect health care.
